I went here and got a phone case and got a screen protector. I really wouldn’t recommend getting the screen protector here because I felt like they overprice for the screen protector but for the case, it was really cute. It was $20. That was nothing to me. My man also got something so it ran up to almost 80 bucks close to 90 like I said the cases are amazing but I feel like for the value and the price of the screen protector is not worth it. You should go somewhere else. But other than that, I really enjoy their customer service and all and all the vibes in there.

I brought in my old iPhone 6s that was having issues during booting. After a few weeks and lots of different testing that probably took many hours, I only ended up having to pay $25 which was my initial deposit.

Even though I didn’t get my problem fixed, they were very professional throughout the entire time and gave me all the details in a document of everything they tried to do to fix the problem. They even provided me with a different solution that could recover my lost data.

Don’t go to this store trying to blame ppl for their mistakes litterally put wrong screws on my iPhone 11 and never actually repaired my phone js fixed the screen for it to fall apart again and charge so much money to do a bad job gtfo

I have been a customer of this family owned local store for almost a decade now. I am always welcomed with friendly smiles and excellent customer service.

Today I stopped in to take care of a cell phone repair!! The guy is knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient at evaluating, recommending the best repair options, and then making the repair fast and also ensuring that it worked correctly before I left the store!!

Not having a phone is a real drag!! This week has been one hurdle after another!!

I have been a customer since they opened. I bought an Iphone case about 3 weeks ago and it fell apart. I didn’t think I needed a receipt (my bad). I called to see if they would replace the case and said no. I will be shopping at verizon or online for my accessories moving forward. It’s really true you pay for what you get.

My new screen cracked less than one month after being installed. A single crack due to screen not being installed level. Store would warranty their work. A Motorola one 5G Ace. Repaired in Vacaville store and I have the receipt. I brought it with me when I was told you would not warranty your repair
