Took my old Mac to Pleasure Point Computers to have all data downloaded and wiped clean for its next life. The staff, Quist and Luigi, were both very helpful, efficient, and friendly. Only took a couple days to complete the job. When I picked up my new storage drive, I brought in all my old iphones/pads that have gathered over the years. They wiped all the data and prepared the devices for donation. Clutter, be gone! Very pleased with their service and highly recommend this team if you have any computer/electronics issues. 5 Stars!!!

I brought my Lenovo ThinkPad laptop in because it had slowed down recently. Luigi was super helpful. Performed a diagnostic on Monday and had my old hard drive cloned onto an SSD, installed and ready to go on Tuesday. My computer is running faster than it ever has. Will definitely be back again!

Pleasure Point Computers has been my #1 choice for my personal laptop repairs for years. I came to Luigi with some malware problems, and he was able to help restore my laptop to working order. A different time, I accidentally broke the screen to pieces, and he was able to order and install a new one perfectly. Highly satisfied would recommend to friends and family.

These guys are amazing. The best computer repair service I've ever used. They're honest about the problem your computer has, friendly, and knowledgable. I brought in my non functioning gaming computer I built for them to them to fix. They found out it wasn't working due to a faulty part, and since they charge by repair done not time spent, I only paid a $20 diagnostic fee. They must have spent hours troubleshooting but since they couldn't fix it I paid nothing more and they told me what I needed to replace. I will definitely give my business to them again.

Luigi is a stand up businessman. I told him my issue over the phone and he asked me to hold while he looked at the disassembly diagram to create a game plan to fix the USB on my laptop. After a brief hold, he told me to in order to replace the USB I would have to replace the motherboard and it would be costly. He said, however, I can get a thunderbolt to USB adapter on amazon for ten dollars and my problem would be fixed. Luigi has earned all of my future business for repairs and at home IT support for my wife's business.

These guys are awesome! I brought them my macbook pro, wanting to install and new hard drive and operating system, because I was getting an error message when attempting it on my own (I can usually fix/figure things out). Well apparently it was a tough problem, and in many words shortened to few, they hacked the system, rewrote part of the code, and implemented some scripts to trick my computer into thinking it was newer then it actually was, so that I could LEGALLY install the most recent OS. These guys go above and beyond! Also they are just awesome people. Truly don't go anywhere else, Please Point Computers kick a$$
