Beware scam artist, very charming and a crook. Made a ring for me, my grandmothers setting I wanted changed! Over charged me and took the ring back twice bc the stone was lose. Third time the stone fell out, my granddaughter found it and decided to take it to a real jeweler. They are charging me $400 to reset the ring and when I told Mike I wanted $400 refund to pay the new jeweler he refused. Do not go here!!!!

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
My wife and I bought our wedding rings from this Nancy. Lost my wedding band. Got a price from her to replace. Bought the exact ring but with a better finish for $200 less elsewhere. My wife’s white gold wedding band turned out to be yellow gold with a coating over it. Within a few months it started turning yellow. Took to a local jeweler and said it was yellow gold! Disgusting that she would sell me a ring for my wife that is so important in our life. Rot in hell for what you have done!

I took a watch to Precious Jewelry to have the battery replaced. “Mike,” who I’m assuming is the owner here, was the one who performed the battery replacement. The watch was basically brand new and blemish free, having sat in the original box / packaging in my closet for the past 2 years. Mike scratched the back watch casing pretty significantly when the tool he was using failed to catch and slipped. The scratches are in a triangular pattern, matching the tool he was using. Despite it happening right in front of me, Mike denied that he did it and then asked, “who’s going to see the back of the watch anyway?” Mistakes will inevitably happen no matter the line of work one is in - it’s not about a business being perfect, it’s how that business responds when something does go wrong. In this instance Mike’s failure to accept responsibility or even offer an apology was extremely disappointing.

I was looking for a ring and everywhere I went, it was either overpriced Or it was overpriced with bad quality. I was to overwhelmed and I was about to give up looking, until I ran into Tustins Jewlery Mart. I highly recommend going to Precious Jewlery Store if you are looking for, a ring any size and for any occasion, change batteries for a watch, even buy a watch, and of course, to buy various types of Jewlery. The customer service was very good, making me their top priority. I explained that I wanted a ring and they had given me a very very very high quality ring that was at the best price and deal given. Again I highly reccomend going to, "Precious Jewlery Store" located in, "Tustins Jewlery Mart"
