A happy place for shoe lovers! The Rack is the best shoe store in the Tulare Outlet Mall. There is usually a BOGO of some sort and the selection of shoes and boots means there's something for everyone.

This place does in fact have a variety of nice shoes many to pick from but the customer service is horrible, I went in there Thursday July 25, 15 minutes before closing just to take a quick look. I was with my kids trying to shop for back to school, I knew it was almost time to close we had barely walked in When they turned more than half of the lights in the store, we were where the kids shoes are... I couldn’t see anything! I turned on the flashlight on my phone.. And they saw me!!! I looked at my phone it was 847 they still had 13 minutes till closing.. I understand If they had dimmed the lights slightly, But even at that time no not really!!! that was so rude! pretty much telling us to get out of the store!!! No other store has ever treated me like that!!!

So I went with the thought of buying my teenager several pairs of shoes. Once inside I was horrified to find the lady stocking the shelves was not wearing her mask properly and taking it off to cough in the direction of her elbow!!! Called corporate and of course only could leave a voice-mail. Nobody ever called me back. Use caution if you decide to go in this dangerous spot. I went across the parking lot to a store that protects their customers and purchased several pairs of shoes.

My daughter wanted two pairs for shoes for the sale which is posted every where in the store. Cashier told my daughter very Rudley they didn't qualify. I asked which did and she rolled her eyes. She told the previous customer the same thing and when she walked out the beeper went off. Then my daughter heard the cashier mutter rude comments under her breath about the customer who chose not to get the shoes. We didn't get the shoes either even though the signs clearly said but one get one %50 off or free.

Talk about the most racist store I have ever been in. If I could rate zero I would. My mom asked a simply question in Spanish and they spoke so rudely to her. I will never ever shop there again. Store manager, contact me, I would like to speak to you about my thoughts of your selfish, racist, rude employees.

Not much selection to choose from store was very messy employees seemed reluctant to help. We might return to this store but I highly doubt it. There just wasn't anything that was worth purchasing.

Like the fact that as soon as we walked in we were approached by an employee and was directed to the right area. Good selection in shoes but the sizes weren't to many to choose from. All in all a good experience tho 😁
