I made a appointment to come into the store because I needed to replace 2 of my remote controls. Now it was about a 15 minute wait until my name was called. Only my name was not called it was skipped so I walked up to the person that skipped me and asked what was going on. He was extremely rude telling me to sit down and shut-up that there is someone ahead of you who has an appointment. I tried to explain that I had a appointment as well and all I needed was to replace my remote's and that it would take less than 5 minutes. But this person would not listen to reason. So I started asking what this person's name is that is so rude. He started yelling James my name is James. So personally I can't understand why this person is working with the public if he has no patience, is extremely rude, and has an attitude problem. He should get himself a job scrubbing toilets for a living.

The associates here talk to everyone with zero respect. I understand customers can be rude & not understand the services but thats why they come into the store, to get answers. These associates need to work on patience & customer service skills. I HATE having to come in for any reason which maybe is their goal since the guy who helped me told me I could have just called the customer service number instead of coming in.

Today a bunch of us were in Spectrum and there was about five of us that we’re just waiting to return our Spectrum boxes and I had even asked one lady can I just hand this to you and she says no you’ll have to wait for your name to be called so 45 minutes later the other lady Another lady let me clarify said if anyone’s returning boxes you can go right over to UPS and do it there. So the people who were with boxes got up and left because clearly this is a mismanaged store. The first lady could’ve told me that if I was in a hurry, I could go to UPS and return but once that store got full that’s the only time that they said we could go to UPS. I saw all the other faces that I saw the store were over at UPS. Clearly this either shows ignorance on the management of the store and or they’re trying to save Spectrum money without having to ship them back, but I’m not sure because UPS did come to the store and pick up a bunch of boxes and took them with them either way if you need to return your Spectrum box go to the UPS store they did four of us in three minutes. Let’s make it five great UPS store by the way up on topsy Lane

This store is this worst if your trying to return eqmt. There only interested in sales. Anyone bring back eqmt is treated like there not important and worst of all I'm disabled and to can't stand for long. After an hour of waiting had to leave discussed.stay away from here if you expect compassion for yourdisability

It inly took 1.5 hours to return my cable box. But the best part of the wait was watching 1 of 2 representatives break down cardboard boxes for 30 minutes.

This is exactly why i don't have Spectrum mobile. Its a shit show..

Easy store to deal wit, just make an appointment online and you get right in, or better show up at opening at 10 am and go right in. I needed to update my modem and router to get the 400 Mbs speed and it was FREE! just bring in the old stuff and BOOM all done. JUst plug the stuff in and you re up and running. I'm happy with Spectrum ... well, except the price .... new customers get the deals, long time customers get the you know what!

My wife and I went in to cancel the spectrum TV stream plan, we weren't using it,it has a bunch of channels that neither of us watch. Anyway the customer service person didn't say anything just got on her laptop and started typing away, when she was done then she told us that because it was bundled that our price was going up. I'm so mad 😡😡 that I'm going to cancel all of my subscription... The service was very unprofessional and I felt ripped off...
