What an awesome place. The greeter was very friendly to start. I had never been to a jeweler like this. I looked a little lost when I came in. The gentleman set me up with a woman named DeeDee. My gosh she was so awesome. I told her my budget, and she took me to the right spot, didn’t try to push me into anything other than what I came in for. She was super kind, and was very respectful. They even wrapped the gift for me, and cleaned them before I left. So cool, amazing prices, great inventory. I will definitely returning. Thanks you guys!

Unfortunately, our experience has not been great and we would not recommend this place.
The personnel is very unfriendly and not helpful, you actually feel that you are a burden to them.

Secondly, we purchased a ring about 2 weeks ago, which we wanted adapt the size now. We purchased off the shelf without any adoption of size. It was promised to us that a size change for the first time is free of charge.. we took the ring as is because we went straight to our honeymoon and obviously my wife wanted to take the ring with her. After that, we wanted to adapt the size.
After requesting, that only was the staff unfriendly, but also is charging for adapting the size which was promised to us that it was not coming with any cost.

Again- this is not customer, friendly, bad service and I would not recommend this place. A joke!

Just today we came to buy a replacement setting for my engagement ring, plus possibly buy another diamond ring and the lady that was helping us was very unfriendly, unhelpful and made us feel like they don’t want our business. We’ve been customers for over 20 year and this experience left a very bad taste in our mouth. This is not the jewelry exchange that we loved shopping at.

Outstanding job. I had an idea and no knowledge of engagement rings. No idea where to start. I have heard about this place for years. Growing up in SOCAL. I hear their commercials on the radio and on TV. So I decided it was time to buy an engagement ring and I just happen to be driving by the jewelry exchange in Tustin. I thought to myself there it is I’ve heard about it all my life so. On a day off, I walked in. I thought it was gonna be like buying a car. The staff was knowledgeable very helpful kind And pleasant. I was in and out faster than I than I ever thought I would be. And we made a ring exactly what I dreamt of. Also I got it for a great price. Picked it up a week later and it was perfect. They kept it right in my budget and I got exactly what I wanted for a real diamond. Now it’s just time to give it to her. Thank you, Tustin jewelry Exchangestore I will be back. The customer service I received from Marco and Cameron was top tier. This was my first time purchasing from the Jewelry Exchange online. I was hesitant at first, I placed my order and my earrings came quickly. I wasn't happy with my items so, I started the exchange process with Marco through text messages and phone calls. Then I got a message from Cameron explaining how they were searching their inventory for particular carat weight, clarity and my budget. I received multiple videos of earrings to choose from until I made my final decision. Once the exchange happened, I received my items a few days later. I'm pleased with the incredible service I received and look forward to making my next purchase.

DO NOT deal with Joe or Matt they are extremely rude and not female friendly! I called a few weeks ago to have a ring made now today it's $600 more after the rude conversation! After spending $30k there I'll be taking my money elsewhere with better customer service.

Hours say they are open and they are def closed on Sunday. wasted a 40 minute drive coming here will not be back It’s not hard to adjust your hours to not waste peoples time so they know your closed.
