I came in first thing Thursday morning to drop off my phone on the way to a doctor's appointment nearby. Ashley was fantastic and I left a alternate contact number in case they needed to get a hold of me. Before we could even make it into the building just down the road for our appointments my son's phone rang, Ashley already had my phone fixed and ready to go for me. When we stopped to pick it up Lewis brought out my phone already knowing which was mine. He was very polite and kindly told me Ashley's name so I could shout out her amazing speed of service. It was a great customer experience. And will be recommending them to everyone I know. And will be using them for any future repairs.

Lewis was awesome! I've come into uBreakiFix a few times for simple fixes like screen repairs and battery replacements, but I was really in a pinch with my phone being stuck in a "boot loop." Verizon couldn't fix it and Google and Apple were zero help. I had been without a phone for almost two days, so I came in about 30 minutes before close and Lewis was determined to send me home with my phone in working condition (I live 45 minutes away so it was a bit of a trip for me to come all the way to Fayetteville for phone repair). It took a little longer than expected due to the nature of technology, but Lewis was able to figure out the issue and resolve it. I really appreciate the care and attention from the team at uBreakiFix. They're great people and I'd definitely recommend!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT take your computer to uBreakiFix for any repairs. I cracked my screen and took it to them for replacement. They kept my computer for WEEKS trying to fix it with few updates. Their staff was constantly out sick, pushing back the timeline. Basically I had to chase them for any information. I have the computer back and it is STILL NOT WORKING, as the new screen malfunctioned again within weeks of bringing it home. I tried to get a refund, which they have refused, blaming HP for the issue, and the on-site staff insist that they do not have the authority to make a decision. We have asked repeatedly for the District Manager who is calling the shots to call us, and s/he will not. It has been an absolutely terrible experience working with this company and a waste of time and money. It would strongly dissuade anyone from trusting their needs to uBreakiFix. I certainly will never use them again.

The lady who fixed my phone was a little bit impatient with me but she fixed my phone within an hour and that's what counted! She knew exactly what the problem was and had the screen that needed replacing in stock. The fellow who rang me up was very nice and answered my questions.
