Uptown Jewlery Mart Upland CA! They took My gold off site! (Gold & Diamonds missing, read till the end) also charged Me more than the gold & diamonds were worth combined) just to to set the diamonds on new a small wedding band! It was supposed to be square they made it very oval the ring was made completely wrong! l
& refused to fix it! plus it didn't fit! too snall! and then when when pleaded with Them They |He said oh well! take me to court! I also paid to have My gold chain fixed! but they made it even worse! and then refused to fix it ! then
refused a refund! NOW it's Broken & Ruined!! DONT leave your Jewelry with him! they will take it home! and have it at different places! (They Took My Jewlery Home) Then when I asked for my Jewelry back (for the pieces I wanted made) it took days to gather it from different places ! Multiple diamonds and Gold were missing! Some pieces have mismatched stones! Nightmare!

They refused to make it right!!! Joseph said "oh well" Take me to court!!!! I told Them I'm making police report! He said go ahead he said "oh well"

If Uptown Jewlery Mart decides to make this right? I will remove this post!!!!!!! I (((3238349624))) I was ripped off! Bamboozled and taken advantage of, I PLEADED with Them to fix this before this review! He/ They didn't give a care! BEWARE!!!!!!

When They finally gave me some of my gold back! It did not have it in the original brown envelope with the info!

Therefore I went back to check! that's how I discovered Gold & Diamonds were missing!!!!!!

Lack of customer satisfaction. Bought a diamond ring for my wife. Danny said it would be very good quality diamonds. Diamonds were dull. Very unhappy. Danny has my money so he is happy.

Never answers their phone!!!!!!!!!!! Gave me a ticket for my watch that was being repaired that had a not operational number. Had to search the internet for another number which they never answered.
