This is an update to my original review back in May of this year. In May, I took our 2018 Tundra to US Truck Accessories to install an Equalizer Hitch System that came with our new travel trailer. Even though we didn't by the Hitch System there, the crew was very accommodating, did a great job, and made sure I understood how to use the system properly before I pulled off the lot.

I just purchased a used 2020 Tundra as a new tow vehicle and it has a 2" lift kit so ... I took it along with the hitch system & travel trailer to US Truck Accessories to have them check it out, make sure it was within manufacturer's specs, and make any necessary adjustments. The customer service was outstanding once again. They even adjusted a roll up bedcover that I installed on the truck myself so it functioned better.

Highly recommend the folks here ... I'll be back for my future needs!!

Had a B&W 5th wheel hitch installed in my Ram … they were super friendly and very helpful and are readily available for any follow up adjustments that you may need in the future, I highly recommend this organization

A RV dealer recommended US Truck Accessories to me. I needed a 5th wheel hitch, brake controller, and hookups in the truck bed and on the bumper. The price quote that they gave me was very affordable and reasonable. The installation was perfect and looked excellent. I am very pleased with the work US Truck Accessories did. Highly recommended and I’ll use them again for any future needs.

I ordered a bed cover for my truck. When I went to get it installed, they finish in about 35 minutes. Then they came out and said they had to upgrade me at no additional charge. I didn't ask for or needed the up grade. I just wanted what I ordered. After one business day I called and told them I hated the upgrade. The owner stated so what I'm not taking it back.

These guys installed a class V hitch on my Ram and did an excellent job. Minor miscommunication with parts on my side and theirs but we got it all figured out and look forward to doing future business with them. Thanks for the service guys!

I give them two star's because I have shopped there in the past. I had always received excellent service but this time it was different I'am not sure if this guy was new or just not well educated on the products himself I was looking for a bedcover and the guy didn't seem to know much about them he couldn't even get the removable one to got back on the display. I will go back maybe by then he will be better trained. Sorry guys I had to buy one elsewhere.
