My truck is a 2001 Ford F250 Superduty. I am the second owner. It came to me with a Roll n Loc bed cover. The rolling cover came out of its track. Because I had no idea how it went on I was leary of trying to take it apart myself. I searched for a local dealer and found Valley Truck Works. Even though they did sale me the cover and put it on their tech guy fixed in about an hour. I was extremely happy. I recommen and with use again.

The staff here are great! Lots of truck accessories and car stuff. You could go mad here just shopping and looking around. They are willing to order stuff for you to save a bit on shipping costs. Veteran friendly.

I'd like to start off with that Dan at the counter was professional from the start but I took my A-Arms in for bushing and ball joint installation because I thought these guys were professionals and they installed the upper arm bushings backwards/wrong direction. And installed the ball joint backwards/wrong direction. They did fix the issue but refused to give me any break on the total bill even having to come back another day and having to leave work again early for the second time to pick them up. David was the Manager that refused to give me a $25 discount is all I was asking for. Said it was out of his hands and refused to call the owner for permission and own up to the mistake and make it right with the customer. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I had them put on a lift kit for my 2020 jeep gladiator and not only were they the best price in town they had they job done in no time. Super friendly customer service and very knowledgeable about their products. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Dan, I will be back.

I had a worst experience with those guys. I purchased a Air Lift kit and made an appointment for install. But when I been there to install my kit they suggested to me get a new truck heavy Duty because the air bags will not work properly. I have to go back home and install the kit by myself because those guys don’t want work or are too busy doing anything. I think Air Lift should do something about this!!!

DO NOT GET GET A TRUCK SHELL FROM HERE!!! This review is a bit late. I purchased a new truck topper from here during the summer last year. I waited for some serious rain before I reviewed. Like other customers mentioned. These people are not friendly. I walked in and they just ignored me. I stepped to counter and the fat guy gave me a look like he didn't like me and even treated me like he didn't like me, he was acting like i was disturbing him. I ordered my truck shell and left. About 3 months later they called me to come in and have it installed. I walked in and same terrible service, they were treating me like i was annoying them. They told me it would be ready in about a couple hours. I waited all day and stayed up fighting sleep for hours and hours ( i work grave). And finally decided to call them an hour before they closed. He told me it was done. I picked it up and just went home to get at least a few hours of sleep.

Over the days i started noticing things wrong with my truck. They removed retention clips to install the wiring but did not replace them. Now my floor mat is hiking up forward and some of my panels are loose. The brake light wire just hangs down by my brake pedal, not n3atly tucked away I constantly unplugged it pulling it off with my shoes as I drove until i got fed up replugging it in and redid the cable management myself. They bent part of the outer panel underneath the truck with a jack. Maybe it slipped or maybe he needed it higher to get his fat belly underneath my truck. The shell was not installed lined up properly so i had to take elsewhere to get it adjusted. They unscrewed a speaker frame i dont know why but didn't replace all the screws. And for some reason they broke my emergancy tire tool box door, why they were even goofing around with it. I dont know. But it broken now. Do not take your truck here. They will wreck your truck.

And i don't know why some people say they have excellent customer service. they treated me like I was lost a boy. I'm a younger guy medium build, and im hispanic/ latino. I was perfectly polite to them the whole time. I was not wearing any clothes with a sports team so that couldn't have been it (in case it was a team they didn't like). I wS not wearing any clothes with any markings, symbols or logos at all. The only thing i could think of is that the people who say the customer service was good have white sounding names. So you might not want to get anything done here if your not white.
