Been using them for almost 3 years. About 8 months ago they started not being open a lot to do blood dumps. They started not having my TRT for weeks after I ran out. I asked to end my membership over three months ago. They continued to charge my card, they will not answer my calls, texts, emails or Facebook messages. Stay away from them! Use MD Health Bar in Villa Rica. That’s where I go now.

My identity was stolen by someone who say I worked there and made $55,000 . My social security check has been cut. Jessica is not answering my calls and her account has not called me back. I wants copies of the checks and the banks that was associated with her.I have been trying to get that taken off my IRS report. I am about to lose everything because of Vital Health. Yesterday I got a messager from a Jessica Absitt who asked for my phone number.She called me threatening me to delete my text after I got a Judge involved. The judge was told that I never worked there and it was not her company. Funny when two detectives called they was not told that. Both detectives told me it had to be a clerical error. I recorded my calls when plus one of the detectives left me a voicemail which I saved. Once the 55,00 dollars is taken off my record I will take this down.

I have been waiting for a refund due to overcharges for well over a month now. I canceled my prescription earlier last year and didn’t find out until November that I had been charged every month prior to amounting in the total of $800. I stated that I wanted the overcharges refunded to me, and I wanted to restart my plan (at the original amount I signed for from the beginning). After MULTIPLE attempts, Jessica finally informed me that she put in for a refund. I have only received $300 out of that $800. Every single attempt to reach out either through email or phone is ignored. I live in Austell now and have not had the time to go in person. I HIGHLY recommend verifying your plan is actually canceled, when you cancel it. I also don’t recommend mail in prescription. The last two mail-in prescriptions I have received were over two weeks late. I sent Jessica an email back once again, requesting the remainder of the overcharges be sent to me, and that my new Plan B canceled as well, but have not heard anything back at all.

They're never open during their stated business hours posted on the door, rarely answer the phones, you could never leave a VM as that was never setup. They do not send the prescriptions paid for, one time they claim they sent it, gave me a tracking number, which stated it was delivered but to find out the delivery date was the same day you placed the order with them, IMPOSSIBLE! They gave me someone else's tracking number but did eventually resolve the issue finally after pressing them. Customer service has always been an issue. I am still out on money spent for Rx I did not receive.

This place is an absolute joke and I think I will contact the police department and see if I can file some kind of theft charges against them since they take peoples money and never orders their prescription. Also since they can’t seem to be open or answer their phones. So please read reviews before going to this place because you will regret it!!

Horrible customer service. Never open during advertised hours, no one answers the phone or emails. I have been trying to cancel my prescription but continue to pay upwards of $100 for something I cannot even access.
