I don’t usually get to play at many Yu-Gu-Oh locals but this one in particular is worth the drive out. The owners run their locals very fast and provide great prizing even if the turnout isn’t that large. They also support the local time wizard format scene (mostly Edison) and have been extremely kind to the players, even if they make a mistake with pairings they’ll sometimes give extra packs. Parking is great, and the amount of seating for tournaments is abundant so it’s never cramped at all. Also they have some amazing statues that they sell as well! Just a really cool store with tons of things for any nerd to enjoy!

1st time customer, last time unfortunately. Inquired about a single pokemon card in the case. Mew/Mewtwo GX Rainbow Rare. Card is going for 150 pretty consistently. The merchant says he can do it for 100. I say cool, pull out the money and he says "Let me look it up actually, maybe i can do 80." Looks its up and says it will actually be 200. Bro. Maybe i'm overreacting, but in my opinion that is just terrible business practice. I'll just leave this here for future customers to decide if they want to deal with that.

Edit: Owner does raise some fair points regarding pricing, however what he claims the employee said is absolutely not true. Maybe thats what he MEANT to say, but he did not say "last time I checked it was ....." He said "I can do 100. Let me look it up, maybe I can do 80." The price isn't the issue. Nobody enjoys shopping somewhere that requires you to bother an employee to look up every card price, but that is the norm nowadays so I can accept that. Don't give a price and change it when the money comes out.

Selection of singles and sealed product looks amazing! They have a lot of MTG, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Flesh and Blood, and DragonBall. There is a ridiculously long display case filed to the brim with lots of relevant singles and some rare cards. Play tables are found along the side wall and there's a seperate back room with even more tables.

I really wanted to love this place, but I received absolutely no customer service! I walked in and it was completely empty. No big deal, it's a weekday and they just opened. I perused around for about 15 mintues before someone came in to ask if I needed help. I said yes, I need some help with singles. They replied with they mainly do shipment fulfillment and they aren't knowledgeable with singles. That's totally fine! They told me the owner was going to be in soon, so I waited. The owner shows up and asks if I need help, I said yes, I need some help with singles. The owner goes to the computer, sits down to 'look up' some stuff and never gets back up with an answer. I waited 5 minutes for him from the time he sat down, nothing! So I walked out empty handed. WildCardCyclone might have a huge online store presence, but what's the point of a brick and mortar location if you're going to treat customers like this!?!

I'm a local, they canceled my online order for incorrect address then proceeded to sell the card on a different platform. Bet they wouldn't do that to my face if I walked into their locals
