I absolutely love the store! 🙂 The staff is friendly and courteous as well as professional.
Nate is number one!
I get all of my phone upgrades through Wireless Outlet.
They are reasonably priced and have a great selection.
I get any and all of my repairs done exclusively through Wireless Outlet. Not only are they less expensive than other places they are quick.
Nate is not only very knowledgeable, he also has a great personality and you can tell that he actually cares about his Customers.
You can also get cell phone service through Wireless Outlet as well! 🙂
This is by far one of the best cell phone stores out there! It’s a one stop shop for all your wireless needs.

Great place to go for awesome tech accessories. This place has very knowledgeable and honest staff. Customers are advised ahead of time if there's even the slightest chance that they can't fix something... but they're willing to try & it's ultimately up to the customer to decide. I like the fact that they're upfront about everything & give the customer their options up front. That said, they've fixed the screen on my phone, cleaned up a virus on my laptop and fixed an issue with my nephew's iPad and we've had no issues with these repairs. Will definitely shop here anytime I have a tech issue & recommend to others.

Nice relaxing business that handles the stressful situations with ease. The male and female that cleans the property are very good at there job. And are very polite making my bad day extremely less stressful. This business is one that I definitely will return to !!!!!!

Very friendly and kind staffs, they know their job so much. Naten and tish are the best.

This store is the best .. Hands down. Came in with my phone an iphone x I needed my screen fixed .. I was told $300 at other stores nate fixed my phone in less then 20 min and charged me $150 the customer service received was outstanding very fast very honest and I left happy I can tell you I went to many stores in Sacramento but this store is my new location for all my phone needs I recomend this store to everyone.
