I've always walked past this store many times when going to FoodMaxx, so when I came in to ask for help on the broken screen from my phone, the owner was completely detailed to show me the price of the material and the cost to fix it which were reasonable to pay for. Despite my many questions that I bombarded at him, he responded swiftly, a very down to earth guy which made all my worries go away. Once he gave back the fixed screen, it was if it wasn't broken in the first place but when I put music, we both realized that not only did my screen broke but the speaker was damaged as well. It wasn't his fault, the reason why the speaker was damaged was because the charger box I had, dropped directly at the screen and the most damaged area was where the speaker was at. I was fully prepared to paid for the speaker to be fixed but by my surprised he offered to do it for free, despite my insisting to pay, he simply declined. A kind yet humble owner who prioritize not just the needs of the customer but an amazing phone technician who is reasonable with the price in getting the job done.

I had a black screen issue with my phone, but after troubleshooting and a quick repair, it was good as new. I transferred my data without any problems. The phone worked fine afterward, and I was able to sell it for a good price.

I took a phone in for a new case back and battery, while the owner had my phone, he put a 5 star review in under my name. That is not right at all.
2nd EDIT: - I am unsurprised the owner doubled down on his dishonesty with his response, the screenshot I submitted with my email from google saying the review was posted 12/24, which was the day I took the phone to the store, proves I did not post the review in broken english.. I recommend everyone to avoid this business

Over the years I've come to this location to have areas phone repairs done along with accessory purchases. Sometimes the owners there and he's very nice and accommodating. If you're getting a cell phone screen replacement be aware that they're not the ones charging so much for these screens but rather the cell phone company that's charging a lot. For instance my OnePlus 8 was over 3 years old and it was $300 just to replace the screen not because of the company here but because of the cell phone supplier.

If you're looking for accessories they have a ton! Also, I know at one time they were selling refurbished used phones but I don't know if they still do that.
