Good, better, best business structure. If you like tools it's worth the money to join the inside track club. Also the US general/Yukon tool boxes are the best value and quality.

A lot of good items value for money and I like their products here specially with lifetime warranty.
Maybe if they have sale it should be automatic in the counter when scanned as discounted coz its in their website in the first place as sale and don't need to show the coupon. I bought something in the store few days ago as discounted price then I comeback again to buy another one which is still on their extended sale. I didn't noticed before going home the price is not discounted in the receipt.

Who doesn’t like buying a cheap tool? I love this place ! I dabble in just about everything and they have it! This weekend I built a DIY truck bed pull out tool box and I got these weird rolling bearings that are cheap but awesome at the same time! Anyways who couldn’t use a cheap socket set that doesn’t matter if you lose stuff or break stuff
It’s worth its weight in gold if you break down on the side of the road or in my case lose a specialty tool that can also be done with that $2 Allen wrench set that comes in the case
Loves this place the manager there went out of her way to help me find a generator that they didn’t have in stock
I’m assuming the manager she was extremely nice and knowledgeable which was very strange compared to the service I get just about anywhere these days
The lowes kid looks at me like I’m speaking a different language when I’m looking for something pulling out his screen asking how to spell what I’m looking for I’m glad he mostly just wonders around the store looking lost waiting on his next break

Harbor Freight stores are for the most part all the same. I was close to the area on some business and had stopped at another location to pick up some items, but they didn’t nave everything that I needed. That store called this one and when they saw they had the items I needed, they sat the items aside for me while I made the 30 minute drive to their store. It was greatly appreciated.

Every Harbor freight is laid out exactly the same, so it's easy to find everything you need even in a different town. The store was very busy because of the black Friday sale and the employees were really great & friendly even though it was so busy. We bought a media blasting cabinet and they even took time to help me load it. Fantastic company nationwide.
