Bill and I have been working on getting the best performance from the 8.4 Uconnect upgrade on my wrangler. He has been very patient with me as we changed out antennas and moved one around. Because the antenna is inside the Jeep it is hard to get an absolute clear signal. I believe that we have accomplished getting the best results possible. Bill has been great through this process. Other companies might have given up, but not Bill. I would recommend his service with confidence!

Bill was great to work with, very professional. We had a bit of a hang-up with a problem on one remote start and Bill did help us and work with the dealership to try to correct the problem. Will continue to refer him out.

I was a referral to Bill. Failed to show first appointment for Remote Start in my truck (he did do another vehicle months before and after working out a few bugs had him do another vehicle) . Key fob failed for the remote start within weeks. Picked up the failed part and its been over a year. Said he would return (more than 5 time to resolve the problem with a replacement fob). Have not heard from him and doesn't respond to calls or text messages.

Very disappointed had a remote start installed 3 months ago hasn’t worked from day 1 finally got a call back last month that it would be replaced under warranty now another month and no call back or fix. Bill was nice but if this is how the warranty works I would have gone somewhere else. Disappointed

The owner of this store, Bill Fischer, just installed a 2" trailer hitch on my 2012 subaru outback. Bill did an incredible job. He was very professional, polite, and I could tell that he cared about the quality of the work he did. The job took under an hour, and was at the absolute best price I had found from any other dealer and body shop. He came highly recommended to me from the service department manager at Century Chevrolet in Broomfield, CO, and I am happy that I got that referral.
