I ordered a part online to pick up in store in the park. Was not able to be found. The manager working this morning was not very helpful. Didn't really care to participate and interacting with a paying customer. Once the part was not able to be found when they gave up, it was given little to no-help with finding a store that did have the part in stock. The manager expressed that he's only been there about a month and doesn't know store numbers and decided to get on the phone in the middle of helping me or what I guess he would call helping. He also did not seem to care to explain the return process to me since I bought a part online and could not transfer it to pick it up at another store.

I went to the other store and they weren't able to find it at first but the two workers got together and they were able to find it after 15 minutes of looking. To me, that is a prime example of customer service. I will be going to that store's location to be leaving a review to let everyone know how helpful they they were.

I recently had a great experience at Advance Auto Supply. I went in to ask for a part that my car needed, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't have the part in stock, but they were happy to order it for me and have it ready within two hours. I really appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to help me out.

The staff was also very knowledgeable about car parts, and they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt confident that I was getting the right part for my car, and I was able to get it quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend Advance Auto Supply to anyone who needs car parts.

honestly being a girl is hard especially now a days! everyone is trying to ripe you off! but luckily for me I found an awesome team that didn't and helped me !!! dawn helped me with my windshield wipers and honestly im glad she did cause I almost broke the little hook ! THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER DAWN! ! - PS the vibes are immaculate in that store! 10/10 will recommend !

They always have great customer service. the staff always do 1000% so that their customers can leave the store with a smile and be happy with the service. And if there is a problem, Dawn, the manager, is there to solve and keep her customers happy. Dawn and her staff, Franki, Martin, and the rest of their staff will do everything to meet your expectations. Dawn and her staff will help you order parts, change batteries and wipers, any part you need to get your vehicle, and order any part, they make sure os at the store on time for you! and is always efficient. Totally recommend AAP in 19th and Union Hills.
