So this is my third review for this place. I apologize for the misunderstanding behind my second review. I reached out to the store about the missing SIM card and the gentleman I spoke with who I believe is the owner failed to rectify the situation. I say this simply to remind consumers never to speak with just one person. It turns out the owner did not understand what my situation and complaint was. After speaking to Nora, she explained to me the situation and offered a solution. Not only did she offer a solution but she agreed to pay for the replacement of the missing SIM card. I am overjoyed with her response and commitment to good customer service. This is very rare these days and I am so appreciative of her going above and beyond to fix the situation. She drove to an authorized retailer with me and did all the talking and even paid for the SIM card. Thank you Nora for making this right and running your business with care and concern for your customers. You deserve more than 5 stars for this.

DO NOT GO HERE! The prices are affordable but you might be getting what you pay for. I took my 12 pro max in for an LCD issue, glitched into a black screen, had called a few places and they literally had the affordable price so I went to them.
However, they replaced a broken part on my phone, it had an initial crack that my brother even spotted but I ignored because I could not see it. I replaced my screen protector thinking it was my screen protector that broke, which to my surprise, I realized it had a cracked screen. I had not noticed it at the shop when I first got it back, but I had noticed odd "color pressure" which I assumed maybe was part of the "fixing process/method" and it would go away. It did not, along with new touchscreen issues. I did take it in 2 days after with my touchscreen concerns and was told it was my privacy screen, it was too thick for the screen and that was wrong with my phone, still blind to the screen crack at that time. They replaced it with one of their screen for free and didn’t bother to tell me there was a crack on my screen. They’re the experts and could have stated their observation at that time, but decided to replace my privacy screen with one of their own to dismiss my concern/claim. I took it in today and was told they would replace it with a 10% discount but not for free. I even wrote an email to let them know about this, but apparently they get a lot of customers like “me.“

I personally did not have a good experience and feel like I wasted my money for a bad service and my phone still doesn’t work properly.

I did decline the 10% discount because after that ordeal, was honestly discouraged id receive “honest” service… like I said my brother spotted the crack on the screen as soon as I showed him “I had fixed it for a very reasonable price” and I didn’t see it but was having the touch screen issues from the moment I received it. The discoloration on the screen when I touched it, I assumed it was because you had literally just put a new screen on it and those were the effects… the fact that I took it back in and you guy’s dismissed as a “screen protector” issue goes to show the dishonest type of business your running.. you seen me in desperate need and decided to give me a cracked screen for whatever reason… I had went in for an LCD issue not a screen . Accidents happen, I would have understood if maybe you dropped it after installing it or whatever the case may be.. but you legit said “it’s an unnoticeable enough” let me just give it to her like this… that dishonesty on you behalf makes me not trust you with my phone again. Thank you though.
