The first time I came to this store, the two women working very extremely kind and helpful. However, one of them charged my account twice.
When I called to resolve the issue, Erika answered. She started the conversation very rudely when I told her about my situation; asking me what products I bought and, in hindsight, I think accusing me of lying or stealing.
I've truly never been treated so disrespectfully by a store employee, let alone the manager. I'm shocked that she would openly mock me for being charged twice with one of her other employees. She continued to yell over me when I kept trying to explain myself. Her attitude was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Eventually she hung up on me.

I have filed a complaint with corporate and still plan on having this resolved.

I went in here with my little sister to buy some earrings because shes getting her ears pierced and the lady was so annoying and nosy. Like i felt like i couldn't even shop without her just grating her eyeballs down my back. I came in here before and there was a really sweet girl who gave us a basket to shop with and was very helpful. I dont know who this new lady is, but im not going in here anymore.

On my way out of Wal-Mart I noticed Claire's
As an afterthought I thought we(me and my daughter) should accessorize. The woman in the store made .e feel like we were thieves or something.there was a single earring on the floor, the employee asked me if she could have it....man I don't own the business ..but"yes..if you pick it up yourself".
