I've used these 3 times, but only once successfully. Other times I struggle with getting it to accept one of my 3 credit cards or my Google pay, or I plug into my car and it gets confused and gives errors repeatedly. I don't understand why these can't just work.

It was great I need to get a app to make it a little easier , This is the 1st electric vehicle that the city of Emeryville have K0688062 Is a 15 passenger bus So it making it a little hard finding a
charging station to charge the bus .

Hard to start charging, had to try to start it multiple times and getting several error messages. All chargers seems to be capped at way to low kW. Our car is capable of using 115kW, however our first attempt was stuck at 12kW. Talked with support for 20 minutes, restarting the station and everything but no changes. Tried to change to the others and managed to get 35kW. Would go somewhere else…
