I came into the store looking for some floor mats and was greeted with nice customer service. They ordered everything and had it within a few days. One of the employees even stayed late for me since I worked a little later than expected. Very professional and care about the customer. Great business.

I would like to give a Big shout out to Goodsell Truck accessories. My husband purchased a new truck and had some extra accessories put on it. He was absolutely amazed with the customer service he received and the installers took care of his truck as if it was their own. He said he would definitely purchase from them again. 5 star rating

This place has changed...not in a good way. My husband went in there while I sat in his truck, that he just bought 3 days earlier...My hubby comes out and we are sitting in the parking lot, and he's telling me how no one bothered to speak with him. As we are discussing this place, some guy, wearing a hat, came out to ask if we needed any help...we told him no thank you and left. We were looking for floor mats, Bed cover and/or tool box. We outfitted our 2 other trucks in 2017...Like I told him, we will go somewhere else. If a customer makes it to their vehicle, then someone would like to ask if they can help you...Heck no!!! This is not the Goodsell we remember. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

There was only one other customer in your store looking around while 3 guys that work there stood around talking. A wave or smile could have been provided if they were so "busy"
Now, you had 3 or 4 bays with vehicles in them...Busy there maybe but not in the store section.

There's a little blonde in there that was extremely hateful. She felt the need to insert herself when my husband was talking and thought it was okay to flirt and try to make eyes at him all while ignoring me. They didn't want to give us a box to the hitch we bought, and then when we got home it was missing some pins and one part of the hitch itself. We returned the next day. If you enjoy a couple bimbo little girls flirting with your spouse and being rude, then this is my he place for you. Just make sure you make sure you have all the parts the hitch includes, and ask for the box!
