Wasted my time driving there. Website said it was open, I arrived at 10am Monday morning doors where locked, needed a upgrade to my car stereo and tinted windows, if that's the work you do count this one as a loss!

Chris as Handcrafted took great care of me and my Accord. I had 2 aftermarket speakers installed and my factory head unit began to short out. I called Chris on Friday and explained the situation. He got me in first thing Monday morning at 9am. Had my car in right away, found the problem, fixed it and I was on the road an hour later. I am very happy to have the issue resolved and am also happy with the service I received. Very professional and prompt. I will be returning soon to have the rear deck speakers replaced. 5 stars without a doubt.

They do amazing work I’ve had my Audi TT in there twice and they never cease to amaze me just picked up my car again today we put in an 8 inch alpine head unit and Crutchfield told me it couldn’t be done!!! Not for these guys thank you Desirae !!!!

The guys at Handcrafted Car Audio are truly top notch both in sales and install. First time I went in they gave me a tour of the entire shop which showed me how meticulous and protective they are of customers vehicles. After we discussed what I was looking for in a new/replacement alarm they gave me a written quote and also emailed it to me. The price was competitive to other shops in the valley. A few weeks later I called to arrange an appointment for the install. After the install was complete the installer Nik thoroughly explained all the features and answered all questions I had. The experience was first class and I will be back.

Handcrafted was able to design and install a stereo system on my Harley Davidson Road King, that nobody else said could be done without installing a faring. The install was done with such craftsmanship it is beautiful! The system sounds and performs fantastic.

I highly recommend them, super nice and very easy to work with. I am bringing my bike back next week to have lighting installed.

I would like to really thank John, Nick and the staff at Handcrafted for truly taking the time and really making my experience with their business a great one. From the beginning I explained exactly what I wanted and what I expected. James really let me select the ideal products that would sound amazing in my F150 and was a perfect match. However, my rear door speakers were lacking so after upgrading the rear speakers, they just did not sound right. I called John and he was apologetic and made an appointment to see my truck right away the following day. John was just wanting to make things right with my speaker issue, and did not want to put me out so he even offered a rental car, talk about a personal touch. So after picking up my truck and conversing with Nick later that day and fine tuning of the EQ levels my truck sounds awesome. Again, really appreciate the staff at Handcrafted, and after spending about five thousand dollars on my sound system, was worth every penny.

You can tell from all of the reviews that Jon and his staff comprise a one-of-a-kind enterprise. A few years ago, Jon located and installed a custom car audio unit. About a month ago I couldn't get the navigation to work so I took it in. Today, James installed a replacement for $43, telling me he'd contacted the manufacturer and persuaded it to provide the new unit under warranty. It wasn't under warranty, and I expected to pay $2,000. You don't see customer service like this every day. Kelsey was great, too. Hat's off to Jon and Handcrafted!
