First-rate experience. When screen cracked on my 4-year old phone, I thought of buying a new one, but decided to try and stretch this one out a bit longer. Glad I did. Appointment easy to make online. Very responsive e-mails on status and updates. Things done of schedule. Good price for quality service. One of the best consumer experiences I've had lately.

This place has to have the laziest employee I've ever come across. I brought my nintendo switch in because the screen display wasn't working and the employee tells me that the issue is probably this one wire being disconnected. He tells me that he should be able to fix it and get it back to me in 2-3 business days. After 3 business days, not only had I not recieved a call or text, but I tried calling the number and it said they were closed, even though they were open. So I walk over to ask and I see some other guys walk in about a camera, whom he shuns away immediately (even though the issue seemed pretty minor, he refused to take even a look at it). I walked in and he tells me that he checked that single issue he thought it could be and it wasn't that so he doesn't know what to do. Didn't even try to check for anything else that could've been causing the issue, just gave up. Worst experience I've ever had with a lazy employee. Employees like this are what ruin the job market because it completely devalues people who will put actual effort in.

I brought in a Xbox one console for HDMI port repair and the console is working great now. Service was fast, the work was quality and staff friendly & knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and will return for any future repairs.

There was a screw stuck in the housing of my controller when I was trying to take it apart. Tried to superglue it to the screwdriver to avoid stripping it, but I made it worse by getting superglue stuck between the housing and the screw. iResurrect was able to remove the screw for me when I thought it was a lost cause, and I was able to continue with replacing my controller's housing.

Aashish was great and helped me fix my Razer Blade 2020 fan but also informed me about the expanding battery (which was why my track pack didn’t work) and helped me replace it so it doesn’t explode on me - he’s a real pro!

This place is great. I had cracked my screen of my S23 Ultra and was unusable. Thankfully I found this place and Aashish was very helpful and informative. My phone looks brand new thanks to him. It's like nothing ever happened.
