Love this gym, been going for YEARS. Before I started getting advice and help from Romulus ( one of the trainers ) my workouts were pretty basic and were getting routine. After a few sessions with him, my workouts were more targeted toward my goals and my workouts became more fun and less mundane and started seeing impressive results. 10/10 recommend both the gym and hiring Romulus.

I’ve grown up at Maximum Fitness being there for 11 years! Started there at 13 with my dad & can’t seem to leave!

As women we can feel uncomfortable in
some gyms but I’ve never felt more comfortable at Maximum Fitness! The staff is always friendly when I walk in and they are quick to give me certain equipment I may need!

With the last year/year and a half I’ve noticed a huge change in Maximum Fitness. All of the equipment seems to be on point and I always appreciate that. All of their upholstery is nice and not ripped like some other gyms I’ve been to… I’ve also noticed the cleanliness and appreciate how I don’t have to worry about chalk all over the floor or someones sweat from three years ago.

They’ve also recently got new equipment Which I appreciate! All of their leg presses and hip thrust machines are a HUGE addition to my routine. They have an extensive free weight section as well and they even have a little corner that’s more private, if you’d prefer to work out in a less public spot.

If you’re looking to find a local gym, and you’re looking to actually get some work done, you’re gonna wanna sign up at Maximum Fitness.

P.S. I’ve also seen their general manager working on equipment midday to make sure it’s running smoothly for the gym at all hours of the day. You can tell they have pride in their facility.

This has been our family gym for over 20 years. From the time our kids were infants to now grown, this has been our family gym. The staff is friendly, it's clean, and the assortment of equipment is great. We love all the different classes they offer. My kids took swim lessons here as well and we were so grateful for what they learned as we have a pool. I've always felt safe going to Max. It's a great gym!

The staff are all friendly, the atmosphere is generally welcoming for most people and they upkeep their equipment. The classes are very accessible and it's great to see the pool in use. The place including the locker rooms and the parking lot could do with a more modern facelift.

Maximum Fitness has been my family's gym since before I was born. The gym is always well-kept and has the newest and best equipment. The staff has always been kind and welcoming and creates an overall positive environment. I highly recommend Max fit as your gym of choice!

I am a senior 66 yrs old male. I have worked out at gyms for 50+ years. Maximum Fitness is a modern, clean gym and has everything you need for beginners to advanced, young to seniors, cardio, abs, muscle building, weight training, swimming (pool & spa), etc. They have an excellent staff always friendly, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. They even have a program for seniors called Silver Fitness which helps in price and benefits. I couldn't be more happier with this Vacaville gym!
