I replaced my daughter’s iPhone 7 plus screen. I found a great price, but it was pretty far out of San Clemente all the way in Garden Grove. Guy matched their price so I could go to him. Phenomenal service and guy was awesome to work with. I greatly recommend them

Communication was excellent with the guys there. James was very helpful on the phone and explained my options. I chose the two-day option for ordering the part. I got emails, texts and voice messages keeping me updated. The day it came in they completed the repair. When I went to pick it up, Guy was at the desk and very helpful getting me checked out and on my way. Very professional and friendly all the way through the process. Repairs are never fun, but they were a pleasure to work with.

I Took my six year-old MacBook Pro into Apple for a problem with my screen. This laptop has been used very little and cost me over $2000 when new. You can imagine my disappointment when they told me they no longer support any service on this unit other than the battery replacement. This is where more than a fix came to the rescue. I reached out and was quoted a very reasonable price for the replacement. I dropped the computer off and got it back with a brand new screen and lifetime warranty. The repairs only took a day to complete, they were efficient communicated well and take great care of their customers. Would definitely do business with them again and we recommend them to anybody else needing this type of service.

Very happy with More than a Fix. Very helpful over the phone when I first called, super responsive. Went in and got a diagnosis same day and a part ordered. Quick turnaround fixing my daughter’s laptop for finals and reasonable. Texted updates, calls to check in. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, great service. Highly recommend.

Broke two of the camera screens and the glass screen protector on my fairly new phone , so bummed! My sister recommended this place and I couldn’t be more pleased. They were very easy to contact. I almost immediately received a quote to fix an older model iphone. I had shopped around so I knew the price was similar. to their competitors. I have been to What A Fix in San Clemente at least 4 times in the last 5 years for various tech repairs. Each time, James has been very honest in his repairs, always being straight with what will solve the problem without ever trying to upsell me for what I don’t need. My last visit was to resurrect an older laptop that I hadn’t used in a while. The battery was dead and needed a replacement. Once the battery was replaced., the laptop was still very slow, so James took an extra hour to diagnose & clear out various viruses and programs that were slowing the computer down. There is no way I would have ever figured out how to do all of this (and I’m
sure he realized it too) I’m super grateful that I have an honest and kind techie that I can trust my electronics with !
