I purchased a 2021 Tahoe T-16 New from this dealer. The salesman didn’t know how to put my Bimini top down and chipped the fiberglass on both sides of my boat. I had to fight with them to get them to repair it. I also had reported a steering issue at that time and was told it was the trim on the back of the motor that got adjusted. Still difficult to turn left. I Had cancer recovered in two years went to take the boat out and the steering went out when I was on the bay at the ocean. At another shop I was told it was the steering column needed to be replaced. I called here to speak to my advisor Ryan he said he never heard ever of the steering column going out. Advised to take it to a Tahoe dealer. I did and waited 2 weeks for the part…come to find out it was the steering rack not covered under warranty due to not happening in the first year!!! Used this boat 7 times only this cost me over $1200 to fix it at another dealership. Ryan, my service advisor would not return my calls after I left messages for him……beware of this place. They don’t have good follow through when it comes to customer service. I won’t be taking it back here for service or be buying another Tahoe boat or any other boat from this place. They are too busy to help.

Found a boat I wanted online and met Shaun a young salesman for outdoor sports. We were in contact and worked out a deal thru the phone and email. We drove out to see the boat and was not disappointed. It was everything we were looking for. Shaun and the outdoor team walked my wife and I thru the paperwork. Really good people to work with and seemed to enjoy working with us on the deal. Highly recommend Outdoor Sports if you are local or a couple states away. I just can't say enough how wonderful my experience was. It sounds cliche but, the moment I called I knew I could trust these guys, and from the moment I walked in I felt like family. It was the most pleasant and fun sales experience I've ever had, Jim and Sean made it feel like I was buying from old time friends. Also, I won't go into detail, but soon after our purchase we had an issue and these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to correct it. This was my first time buying a sports vehicle and I feel extremely blessed that I stumbled upon Outdoor Sports. My family LOVES our new Tracker!

Definitely 5 stars earned! After exchanging calls and emails, I was able to show up sign some papers, was informed about the bike and the in and outs of it, the bike was loaded for me. Then I was on my way to the nearest trail without hassle. HUGE shout out to Pete!!! Will definitely be buying again from here because of the amazing customer service he gave!
