Had a tablet that wouldn't charge. Decided to try Patriot Computer Solutions. Jason was on the phone working with a very happy customer (could hear her excitedly thanking Jason for fixing whatever issue she had). When he finished his phone call he came right over to assist us. In less then 5 minutes he was able to clear some debris from the charging port using some tools and compressed air. He was kind, professional, and saved us from needing to buy a whole new tablet. And he didn't even want to charge us. There are still kind, honest, amazing people and Jason is one of them. Thank you Jason!!!

My mom has a computer that's getting older. She relies on it for everything she does including work, scheduling trips, and storing pictures. Jason was a huge help! I called and asked if he had any M.2 screws for sale. Since I bought a new ssd but couldn’t install it without that screw. He told me to come on by and he would help me out. When I arrived he greeted me and told me I could have the screws for free since he had some laying around. Very generous of him! I will be back! Thanks again!

I stopped in at Patriot Computer Solutions after leaving the tech repair place up the street. Jason was very helpful and diagnosed my samsung chromebook in 5 minutes for free. The solution ended up being a simple fix, unlike the $199 the other guys tried to charge me, without any guarantee it would solve the problem. I won't take my tech issues anywhere else! Also his beard game is on point!

Good people i have an old pc on ddr3 motherbord i played basic games on everywhere i took it before here i got the whole "just buy a new computer for 1,000" without even telling me what the problem was but this shop was different they took it in even tho phil was the only one working he diagnosed it as a bad motherboard and when jason returned they offered me a newer motherbord and gpu for $250 Way cheaper then building or buying a new computer and fast service he had it done within a day and anwsered all my questions very patient people and very kind definetly worth going back they don't overcharge you and don't try to sell you something you don't need very honest thank you phil and jason

I walked in to buy some thermal paste for my computer. He told me they didn’t sell it, but gave me a small tube from his own stash for free. Seems like a very generous and genuine business owner and will definitely be the first place I look for computer solutions.

Phil is really amazing. He seamlessly combines expert knowledge with a true focus on what the customer is trying to get to. He taught me & Diane a lot of useful information while he was solving our problems. AND he was very patient and respectful of our many questions, no matter how poorly framed.
