Used this charger twice on a round trip from
San Diego to Tucson in October in our R1S. Only Rivian charger I have used and it works great. Very fast and easy to use! Nice to have a Subway and use bathroom next door while you wait.

Excellent location and ease of charging for Rivian trucks. Quick 10 min top up of 40 miles added enough range to get to rocky point and charge overnight at the resort.
Same 40 mile charge at this location on way back to phoenix.

I called Rivian customer service and asked them if they accept non-Rivian vehicles for a charge with a J1772 connector. After being put on hold to "verify" the answer, the service rep said yes. So, my wife and I made a decision to go with the Rivian charging station. When we got there, non-Rivian cars at this location are ONLY reserved for Rivian owners. When we called customer service from the location in Gila Bend Arizona, we were told the previous rep was mistaken. We had to get towed by AAA to make it home based on the bad information they gave us. DO NOT TAKE YOUR NON RIVIAN VEHICLE HERE
