I went in for their bra sale. The salesperson helped me find a bralette. This was a great find. So comfy. Store was clean and neat. This was the last day of the sale. I think their staff was shopped out.

Ridiculous. We came in to return a bra that broke the second time I wore it and they were completely rude and started whispering to each other in front of us. Karen and another woman with curly hair were treating us like we were returning the wrong bra or had stolen it or something. They were irritated and yelled at us when we were leaving. Completely unprofessional and very hostile.

I was at Soma last week. I had never been to the store. Both women who were working there were fabulous. They were able to get me exactly what I needed, they were friendly and knowledgeable. Can't say enough great things about the store or the 2 women working there. I will be back.

This place is hard to find, because Google maps takes you in front of the Yogapad and the Reno blowdry hair salon. But it is actually between the Dillards and the Chicos clothing stores 🏪!
The employees are nice, I spoke with three of them, they're friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely 😁 recommend a visit here. As soon as I walked in I wasn't approached as quickly as I was by the Chicos employee which was kind of awkward, but once I made eye contact with them they quietly approached me and assisted me in between🛍️ customers.

My daughter and I went in for bras and sleepwear and Crystal and Victoria (?) were very helpful and knowledgeable . We were able to pick several bras and they helped us with multiple sizes and suggested other options we liked. We both purchased several bras and I a cami to sleep in and also had sizes they didn't have in stock sent to the house with free shipping. I appreciate good service and was very happy to find it at Soma in Reno. I highly recommend.

Called to order 6 of the same size and types of underwear that I had previously bought the year before and picked them up but they neglected to tell me that they revamped their styles and material so now they don't fit and they refuse to give me a refund since I cut off the tags and washed them--as you do (or should do) prior to putting on freshly bought underwear. Poor customer service and the material feels really cheap and uncomfortable. 🙁

The staff was friendly enough. Walked out of there with 2 beautiful yet horribly uncomfortable bras. It took over a week to "break them in" yes over a week each! They never got comfortable enough to sleep in. I know many women wouldn't fathom sleeping in their bras, but I like my ladies where they belong, especially while I'm thrashing around in the bed. I've spent the $50-$60 on a bra at a Secret place & they were comfortable immediately. Unfortunately, I've become too voluptuous for that place.. Anyway; these torture devises upped their ante after 6-1/2 months of service & I surrendered. Both bra's underwire broke within a week of eachother. I had only hand washed those little dogs & they still broke in record breaking time! I contacted Soma, told them my story & that I wasn't looking for a refund, but wanted to make them aware of the quality. I got a condescending email back talking about how fabulous their products are but they couldn't help... I also tried to review the bra, but a less winded review like this one didn't meet their guidelines. If you wanna be tortured relentlessly for $50-$60 - than Soma is for you! For the record, this opinion is based off of a 38DDD maybe the pretty petite bras treat a lady better.
