I was visiting from Valdosta, Ga, and needed to get some cases of water. Let me tell you so was blown away with how clean and ORGANIZED the store was. I can’t remember what day it was but it was around 9:30PM. I try and avoid the Walmart’s here in VALDOSTA (Marketplace is nice!) because everything is a terrible experience starting with the parking lot. Cars park wherever and the employees stand around talking. I was so impressed with the staff in Yuma I had to let a few know how impressed I was. Even the clothes were on the correct hanger size and in order from S-2XL, I ended up buying a couple high school t shirts just to spend more money. I took those pics to show the wife, she was like wow!

I went to the self checkout today and all the registers were full, finally one opened and I went to go scan my items for checkout, a screen popped up saying card payments only which yes at my fault i didn’t see at first and i asked KATHY if she could transfer my items to a register that takes cash, she sighed as if she was annoyed and made a motion for me to get out of her way with her hands, after that she goes “you didn’t see that” and points to the card payment sign. I understand on my part I didnt see that at first but as someone who works customer service as well I treat people with respect and kindness always no matter how tired i am or if i was having a bad day and we all have bad days but no need to treat people rudely especially if they aren’t being rude to you. I hope someones able to speak to her about her attitude towards people so that she can make a better image for the place she works at.

I wanna say how disappointed I am in Walmart order service today I had ordered a few items most importantly strawberries for the kids.as I bring in the bag after quick delivery and the kids get the strawberries I couldn’t help but notice something weird about the packaging upon seeing the items to my surprise not 1 but a few strawberries molded workers should really inspect food before even sending out very upsetting

Some of the employees are the nicest people, but others are just ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Nowhere else have I had my items stolen from me and restocked in the store or been so rudely told that a business was closed or treated so poorly for asking an employee a question. You get the feeling management doesn't care about people's behavior and the business' friendly face is riding off the backs of the older employees caring way more about the customers than the ones running the show making the money.

Living in Yuma is great but gets a little crazy in the winters as our northern visitors arrive, and our population gets really big! Living in the foothills, we have a Walmart about a mile away. In the winter that Walmart gets really busy, not so with this one, it gets busy, just not crazy busy, that's why this is our store.
Other than that, we like the layout and vibe of this store. Helpful, friendly employees and always well stocked.

I received excellent customer service from an associate named Ramon. This night a lot of workers were stocking the grocery department and had many palettes lined up blocking the product I needed (oatmeal). Ramon was nice enough to acknowledge me so I asked him for help. He quickly grabbed the palette jack and moved the entire palette out of my way for me to safely choose which brand of the specific product I wanted. I knew I wanted one he could have maneuvered to reach but instead chose to go out of his way for my convenience and safety. I continued shopping and later noticed him kindly helping another customer walking him a ways across the store for the item he needed. Great costumer service! I am happy to deal with a human who acknowledges the needs of others and not another soulless employee that reminds us to use the app, is bothered for being distracted for the task he’s working on and shows little or interest in assisting. I live very near this store and frequent it regularly. His attentiveness and kindness is what made me leave you all a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review.

This really is a "super" store with pretty much everything you need. Avoid driving near the entrances as this is usually a BUSY place!

I like this location on Pacific because it often seems to be less crowded than Ave B or 8 E. Of course now in June there isn’t the overload from the winter visitors so that’s a huge plus.
