My over all experience with them was good. They were helpful and they were able to work me into their schedule for a service due to a cancellation. The writer said I needed fork seals and they would have to order them. They scheduled me for Thursday morning at 10AM. They said the parts would be there in plenty of time. I scheduled and paid for the parts. The following Thursday morning, I loaded my bike in the trailer, drove to Mayer and the parts were not in and he would call me when they got there. I loaded the bike back up and drove back to Cottonwood. The next day they called and said that the parts had arrived and that they were very sorry for the mixup. They prioritized the repair and took very good care of my bike. They discounted the bill to help pay me back for fuel. Hey, we all make mistakes, but these guys bent over backward to make it right. I highly recommend them.

It’s been about 6 years since I’ve been here but today I was welcomed with open arms yet again from Harley-Davidson!

Purchased a 2017 Dyna from a private seller & found that the milage was incorrect on the title. The bike had 1,600 miles at purchase, and the title listed 160,000. Very incorrect. The MVD wouldn't correct it with the paperwork provided by the previous owner (a computer reading print out from another Harley Dealership)
Went to Legends Harley-Davidson, and the GM Heather took care of us and did a full inspection & provided the paperwork we needed for the MVD.
Thank you Heather, you saved me a MASSIVE headache & made my first Harley that much more enjoyable.

Nice shop! Great selection of Harleys. The staff was very courteous. Nothing against the shop itself, but every Harley shop is soooo overpriced. I suppose that will never change. Still, always nice to check out the latest scooters.

I had my motorcycle service a couple of days ago. It was not overdue on mileage but was on time I guess. I ask the new service manager to change the crankcase, transmission and primary oil. About 6 qts of oil total and some o-rings.The service manager quoted me a price of $400 for the oil change. I questioned the high price but wanted to get the work done so I left it. When I picked the bike up the following day. I asked the mechanic (Jake) if one of the derby screws was frozen on as I could not loosen it on a prior attempt. He said yes they were put on using "Red" Lok-tight. He had to break the screw head off and remove the threaded portion with channel locks. I mentioned that that seemed odd because they were the only shop that had worked on it in 5 years and all fluids were changed on Aug 15, 2019, 5 years prior.. While I was happy to get the work done and meet the new employees I was not happy that a prior certified Harley mechanic had used "red" Lok-tight on the screws. I was not too enthused about the $400 when an oil change and inspection on my F-150 is about $75 at Ford. I will continue to use my home town dealer but may do my own oil changes in the future.

Fantastic experience by Heather building relationships and making customers feel comfortable, her way really works and a lot of industries should take note weather your Sales or just an Advisor, straight Rockstar, good service is good service, It deletes any amount of money or price. If you can build a good relationship with Great service, you have won them all and they will keep coming back and tell others! Awesome job Harley Davidson!!!

I came to look at the new 23 Fat Boy. I just wanted to sit on it and check it out. Eric and Wyatt came over to see if they could answer any questions. Then they offer to let me take it for a spin. I rode it and loved it a lot. We talked turkey for no more than 15 minutes and had a deal. It was an easy negotiation and they made me feel right at home. My wire transfer hadn't even gone thru and they let me take it. I had a nice 20 mile ride home and I won't forget it.
