This guy scammed me out of an $800 touch screen laptop over a battery replacement. Had the same no start on my next laptop after storing without first charging battery. $30 battery replacement on amazon, and 15 min to install myself. Customers beware of this scammer. One star too much for this guy. Better shops down the street.

Even with Best Buy's Geek Squad in town now, Computer Addiction is still by far the my favorite place to get my computers serviced. They are knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. Glad to see a local business doing such top notch work.

2022 Update: Still such a friendly and knowledgeable bunch! Happy to see they are still here servicing Auburn. Had them replace a hard drive with a solid state drive and the computer is like new now! Thanks!

I knew these place, sine my mom and i was there long time ago.. I Knew who Vince Russel is Good Man can fix anything, etc... Awesome... Alao My Large Desktop still working good as well for 13 years long time, My SSD Flash Memory still working good 13 years... No more Hard Drive getting crashed anymore. It ALL worked..
And also i take My Friend Neighbor to ride meet there to fix her laptop computer, because she accident spill water or milk over her laptop PC. Oh well. She bring here to have them fixed for her... She just happy Day...

Went in to drop my laptop off, no mask, was met by a very polite employee who helped me. I was in the store with 3 other people who had no masks on, and no questions of vaccination status.

When I picked up my laptop I was immediately (to my surprise given noone in the area enforces these things) asked my vaccination status by the owner. His personal medical history is none of my business, nor is my personal medical history any of his business.

One positive I can say about the owner is that he was far less unhinged than many I have come across, he was respectful for the most part and even wrote down a UK study I cited that shows 7/10 Covid deaths were fully vaccinated.

If you care about medical discrimination, or if you truly feel like you have a right to decide what goes into your body, avoid this place like the plague.

There are not enough positive adjectives to express the excellent results I got with Vince & Jessie. They turned my problem-ridden jalopy into a Maserati with respects to speed and functionality. Quick turnaround and with the cloning of my HDD to a SDD including not having to reinstall all the software was incredible. I highly recommend these guys and never consider going anywhere else.

Came here for my phone awhile ago and my experience still haunts me. (Btw they dont work on phones.) What I discovered was poor customer service and a man that could care less about any form of life other than him self. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.... this man is a scam artist at the least. Read all the reviews on Yelp and Google before considering giving this man your hard earned cash. All of his responses to every bad review involves some sort of slander, and tries to blame his awful business tactics on everyone else in one way or another. Is it that hard for this man to claim ownership? Like people wont notice how he treats customers? He has a negative attitude and doesnt appreciate you as a customer. I also suspect that he is running some sketchy business out of his shop. This review is my way of standing up for the people! Best buy is 3 min down the road, I know they're kinda expensive and not very helpful but there are way better places you can take your electronics. He seems to break more computers than he can fix. I also copy and paste my review in case it gets deleted her on google.

Vince, the owner, is a joy to be around. Definitely the best computer repair shop that I know of and the owner and employees are always eager to help no matter the problem. My family has used this company for many years and I will continue to help and support them.
